2008 Tootsie Roll Drive Needs Help
I need "CALLERS" and "CAPTAINS" to help on the Tootsie Roll Drive.
CALLERS – Given a page from the roster, the caller would call 12 members asking TWO questions concerning the Tootsie Roll Drive:
1 Can you help collect after some masses at one of our 4 churches
2 Can you help collect at a store
The caller would be given written instructions. The caller would make the calls between August 24 & September 7.
The caller would report the call results by September 7.
CAPTAINS – Given a list of volunteers for the captain's store, the captain would call each volunteer to confirm the time, place & store assignment.
Given all the equipment for the store, the captain would ensure that the equipment passes from one shift to another.
The captain would ensure that the money is turned in for counting.
The following table indicates the open slots that have not yet been filled.
