1. The Council's annual Mass of Remembrance will be celebrated at 9 AM on Sunday, 2 November (the Feast of All Souls) at Saint John the Evangelist parish in North Chelmsford.  Please note the change in location from past years!  The parish will have coffee & doughnuts in the church hall after Mass.  (Suggested donation is one dollar to help balance our budget, the decision was to not appropriate Council funds for it.)
